Welcome to Jozicoin.com, a product of Sepotele. By accessing or using this platform, including but not limited to the Game Hub, Wallet, Marketplace, and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or any of our services.

1. Definitions

  1. “Jozicoin” refers to the utility token used on this platform, each valued at ZAR 10.00.
  2. “Platform” means Jozicoin.com, including all subdomains, services, and apps provided by Sepotele
  3. “User” refers to any individual who registers for, interacts with, or otherwise uses any part of the Jozicoin platform.
  4. “Marketplace” refers to the digital storefront hosted on the Platform.
  5. “Game Hub” refers to the Rock-Paper-Scissors peer-to-peer game hosted on the Platform.
  6. “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Sepotele, the legal owner of Jozicoin.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and use the Jozicoin platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Important: One account per person. National ID and Passport numbers are subject to internal/external verification. Multiple accounts may result in suspension and seizure of funds.

3. Account Registration

Users must register for an account to access most services. By creating an account, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete information.
  2. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. Be responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Jozicoin Usage & Value

  1. Jozicoins are valued at ZAR 10 per coin.
  2. Jozicoins can be used to play the Rock-Paper-Scissors game.
  3. Jozicoins can be used to make purchases in the Marketplace.
  4. Jozicoins can be sent between users using the Wallet functionality.
  5. Jozicoins can be withdrawn to a South African bank account subject to KYC compliance and withdrawal limits.

5. Game Hub: Rock Paper Scissors

  1. The Game Hub hosts a peer-to-peer version of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
  2. Users may wager between 1 to 10 Jozicoins per round.
  3. The winner receives the opponent's wager.
  4. In the event of a draw, both users forfeit their wager, and the house retains the total.
  5. Results are final and determined by the rules of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
  6. By playing, you acknowledge the element of chance and waive any right to dispute results. As we view our game as a skilled game of strategy over chance.

6. Wallet Functionality

Verified users may transfer Jozicoins to other verified Jozicoin users.

All transfers are final and irreversible once processed.

User Responsibility:

  • You alone are responsible for verifying recipient details (including wallet address and username) before confirming transactions
  • Jozicoin cannot recover coins sent to incorrect addresses or invalid accounts

Fraud Protection:

  • All transfers undergo automated security screening before processing
  • This enables near-instant transactions while maintaining system integrity

7. Marketplace

The Jozicoin Marketplace is a curated digital store where users can purchase goods or services using Jozicoins.

  1. Sellers:
    1. Must apply and be approved by the Jozicoin team.
    2. Are responsible for fulfilling orders within agreed timelines.
    3. Must maintain accurate product listings
  2. Buyers:
    1. Must use valid Jozicoins to complete purchases.
    2. Cannot cancel orders once confirmed unless agreed by the seller.
  3. Delivery & Fufilment:
    1. Goods must be delivered within 7-14 days unless otherwise stated.
    2. Digital goods may be delivered instantly via download or access link
  4. Refunds & Returns:
    1. Refunds will be considered only if the goods are defective, misrepresented, or not delivered within the agreed time.
    2. Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase.
    3. Refunds, if approved, will be credited in Jozicoins.
    4. No cash refunds are available
  5. Dispute Resolution:
    1. Users must attempt resolution with the seller
    2. If unresolved, escalate to the Jozicoin Support Team.
    3. Final decisions rest with Jozicoin's dispute resolution officer

10. Limitation of Liability

Jozicoin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for losses resulting from user error or actions of third-party vendors outside our direct control.

Vendor-Specific Guarantee:

For vendors directly contracted through Jozicoin, we assume responsibility for ensuring transaction fulfillment. Should a vendor fail to deliver goods/services paid with Jozicoins, we will mediate the dispute and provide user refunds where justified.

Coin Integrity Warranty:

While the platform is provided “as-is“ without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose, Jozicoin guarantees that:

  • Purchased Jozicoins do not expire
  • Coin balances remain secure in user accounts under standard industry security protocols

9. Security & Fraud Prevention

  1. We use SSL encryption and comply with POPIA and GDPR for data protection.
  2. Users must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the system.
  3. Suspicious behavior may lead to account suspension or permanent banning.

10. Taxation

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes resulting from their use of the platform, including gains or losses derived from the use of Jozicoins.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, is found to be fraudulent, or poses a risk to the platform or its users.

12. Modification of Terms

Jozicoin reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or website update. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate court within the Gauteng province.
